That phone call

Anyone else notice that the voice and subtitle colour for whoever is calling Beauty and Beast for their money is different from any of the other one's we've heard? Some have said it's Jersey but his voice is different and his subtitle colour is brown, while the caller's voice is orange.

On a side note, that answering message was bloody awful. Do they use that to torture people now? I wouldn't be surprised.
