AppleID Won't Work

Hello,

Have been trying to purchase the multipack and have money on card associated with my iTunes account, however, when I go to purchase it says Error. It also says my apple ID and pw don't match or exist but I just used the same to download the app from my appstore. I have an iPhone 5. I want to download this and make sure I am not charged multiple times. How can this be fixed?
