He's just saying that Snow's voice actor would approve of the idea that snow should be the main character of season 2.
And Bigby definitely won't die, as this is a prequel to the comics.

I really hope Snow isn't gonna be the main character in the next season...I can't stand that prude biatch !! xD
Bigby won't die, nor is Erin Yvette saying she approves is any indication that there will be another season. That being said, it WOULD be nice if there was a second season, since this game is so Freakin' good! And furthermore, being Snow instead of Bigby would be so awesome! As for Bigby dying, he really can't if the game wants to be canon to the comic. So yeah.
