The ribbon
In episode four, Nerissa (kinda) explains that when the ribbon around her neck is removed, then the head will be cut clean off. That's how Faith and Lily ended up dead. So, before the last episode is released, let's talk about how it might've happened.
Why did Faith and Lily get their ribbons removed? Did The Crooked Man do it to both of them as punishment, or did one of his goons do it? How could they be removed without cutting off anymore heads?
There's still a lot of questions that need to be answered before the finale.

I think we'll find out in the next episode why they died. Maybe someone will break the spell that's on the ribbons.
Perhaps Aunty Greenleaf or some sort of witch can break the spell? Hopefully.
Maybe Faith and Lilly did something that the Crooked man or Goegie didn't like, or maybe they tried to tell someone about what was going on. Remember in the first episode where Faith couldn't get the money off Woody? The Crooked man could have killed her for not paying him. Im not sure about faith though.
