Huff n puffs

So in episode 4 we see bigby offer nerissa and the woodsman a huff and puff both again call it a crap brand. So bigby is the only one we know that smokes them. The girl who runs the pudding and pie smoked but we don't know what brand. Bigby found one at the hotel, but so far nobody we know other then bigby smokes them. SO the question is, obviously this is supposed to be a subtle clue (or maybe not so subtle) but who else smokes them? 2 episodes gone by with telltale hinting about the brand, yet nobody else is caught smoking them for it to matter?

My guess is Vivian who might also smoke Huff n Puffs. She was the one crane called to make the appointments, but we have no proof of who smokes them I don't think.
