My system crashes after the update request

in The Walking Dead - Season 2 - PS3 Support

I re-downloaded S2E1 after switching hdd's, only for it to crash when it asks me to update to ver. 1.04 (if I remember correctly.) Other games such as Back to the Future, The Walking Dead season 1, and The Wolf Among Us update & work just fine. The screen goes black for 5-10 sec after the update notification, it then preps the reboot with "please wait..." on the screen for about 10 sec, but then crashes and reboots itself. I've tried re-downloading a couple times since with the same result.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try starting the game again, and when the update alert pops up, please wait about a minute before starting the update, and see if you are then able to successfully receive the update. If you are still experiencing this issue, can you please clarify if you have all four save slots filled for Season Two?
