CANNOT OPEN SHED IN BACKYARD TO FIND CLEMENTINE IN EPISODE 4

I've been stuck for months now. When I go into the backyard to look for Clementine I can get as far as looking at the vines on the door and seeing it move. after that whenever I select the shed door all it says is "shed door" no option to open it or anything just shed door. this is really frustrating and I'm starting to regret spending money for something that won't work and hasn't gotten fixed please for the love of all that is holy please fix it

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try rewinding to a chapter/checkpoint before that scene, and then play through again until you reach the point that you must open the shed, and you should then be able to open the shed and continue playing the episode.
