Season pass purchase issue

Hey guys,
I bought the season pass (Day 2-5 & 400 days) yesterday. Today i reinstalled the game but.... It doesn't recognize the season pass. All I can do, is to buy it again.

What can i Do?

    If you have previously purchased the Season One Multi-Pack from inside the game, please open the Episodes Menu from the Main Menu, and tap the Restore button at the bottom, and your previous purchase should be restored, and allow you to download the episodes.

    My apologies, if you do not have a restore button, you should be able to proceed through the purchase path to purchase the Multi-Pack again, and when you hit the 'Buy' button, you should be alerted that you have already purchased this item, and it will then allow you to download your previously purchased content.

    If you previously purchased the Multi-Pack, you should not have been charged again. Please make sure that you are logged into the same account that you originally purchased the Multi-Pack with, or you may be charged again. If you have been charged a second time for the same content you've previously purchased , please contact Google Play Support for further assistance regarding refund requests.

  • I have the same issue but when I click on season pass it verifies that I already purchased it but it is still asking me to purchase individual episodes. Google play refunded me for the episode and tried trouble shooting by device but nothing has worked.

    When you are attempting to restore your purchase, can you please clarify if you are following the purchase path for the same thing that you originally purchased? (If you purchased the Multi-Pack, you will need to restore the Multi-Pack, if you purchased the individual episodes, you will need to restore each episode.)

    @Jerzey Can you please clarify if you have the physical disc version of The Walking Dead: Season One? If so, please contact/email our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com, and they will be able to assist you regarding your disc version hitching/lagging.

    If you are experiencing an issue downloading episodes on your Android device, please try force closing the game application, and any other applications open and running in the background, then turn your device off for 5-10 minutes to allow the device's cache to clear. Then turn the device back on, and connect to a WiFi internet connection, and start the game application, and attempt the episode download again, and you should be able to download the episode successfully.

    If your digital download version of The Walking Dead: Season One is lagging, or hitching, I recommend try Clearing your System's Cache and then start the game while connected to the internet and logged into your Xbox Live profile, and download the latest Title Update available for the game, and your issue should be resolved.

    TU Always Up To Date, The Clearing Cache One Is Nice Trying But Still The Same, I Have 2 Xbox360 The One Is Original And The One Is Jtag/RGH And This Game Buy (On My Origins Xbox360) Or Free Download (On My Jtag/RGH) Still Very Bugging..... Any Solution Great Admin????? Please Fix It Cuz I Want To Play It On My Xbox360 Whether Ori Or Jtag Very Bad, Oh Yes Its Seems The Android Version I Mix Up Either Buy Version And Free Download Version Is Solved My Problem And Today I Brought 2 Different Version On Episode 2, Buy And Free Again And The Problem Is Gone And My Download 100% Work Not 61% Again But I Still Wonder Why Must It Mixed Purchasing Version And Hack Version???? If I Install Purchasing Only It Stuck On 61% And Not Goes 100% And If I Installed The Hack Version Is Validating Failed...     My apologies, below are a few potential solutions (You may have tried a few, but I will post all of the potential solutions below):

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch The Walking Dead again.

    5) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)

    6) Go to the device’s Settings Menu, then go to Applications, then Manage Applications, and select the Game Application and tap ‘Clear Data’.

    If you are unable to get your previously purchased episodes to restore, please try proceeding through the purchase path again, and as long as you are logged into the same Google Play account that you purchased the game with, you should be alerted that you have already purchased this episode before, and then you will be alerted that you can download the episode again for free. (Please note that you will need to follow the purchase path to purchase the same item you originally purchased. If you purchased the Multi-Pack, you will need to follow the path to purchase the Multi-Pack again. If you purchased the Episodes individually, you will need to follow the path for each episode.) If you are not alerted that you have already purchased this item, please check your purchase history, and/or contact Google Play Support for further assistance regarding this issue.
