Is it possible to transfer save files to a different device?

Hi, I was just wondering if it's at all possible to transfer your save files from one device to another so that your choices stay intact. I bought and played season 1 on my iPhone, and so far have done the same with season 2 since I had to access my save file on the same device. I'd much rather play the game on my PC though, so is there any way to download the game to that device without having to pay again and transfer my progress?
