XBOX 360 Season2 Episode1 Freeze

Hi, i downloaded season2 episode 1 and after the title menu comes up i press start then it freezes on the loading screen. sometimes it works and lets me choose the episode, so when i click on the episode i have no saved data from season 1 (because i didnt play all of it) and it freezes loading up the episode please help!!!

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you've started the game while connected to the internet to make sure you have received the latest Title Update for the game? Also, which model Xbox 360 are you currently using? (Which model, and how many GB hard drive?)
