Ingredients on chalk board

I made a list of the ingredients on the chalk board in Episode 4. Let me know what you think and if I missed anything:

EDIT: Fixed a few things. Had a couple people listed twice on the same item and it was pointed out to me that just because the name is "Mary", it doesn't necessarily mean "Bloody Mary", so I switched it "Mary" as it is on the board.

EDIT2: Added some comments (click the cell, then click the word bubble icon) on a few of the fable names so you can know who they are.

    Damn! That is spectacular! Gave me a chance to actually read it!

    I STILL believe Vivian is glamoured. Everything SHE has, is going to the Farm; we still have no idea who or what her story is. But, that is just my theory. :)
