Accidental Rewind
Dear Telltale,
today, I finished Season 1 of TWD. I noticed that because of a bug, I haven't received achievements for completion of chapter 7 of Episode 3 and so also for completion of Episode 3. I wanted to quickly fix this by playing the chapter. Unknowingly, in order to replay the bit, I pressed the rewind button, which basically erased all my decisions from chapters 4 & 5. I was planning to purchase pass for Season 2 and I want my decisions to be counted in. Is there any way I can fix this? (by e.g. loading up previous save)

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if when you rewound, that you chose a different save slot to rewind to, or did you chose to overwrite your previous save files? If you chose to rewind to a different save slot, then your completed Season One saves will be in the first save slot that you used. If you chose to overwrite your previous saves when you rewound, unfortunately your saves from Episodes 4 and 5 were overwritten by your rewind. Unfortunately after you overwrite save data, there is not a way to recover the data. Again, my apologies for any difficulties this may cause you.

I always had only one save slot, I wasn't aware of what rewinding does. I found 69 save files under directory C:\Users[user name]\Documents\Telltale Games\the walking dead, isn't it possible to recover the save from one of these? Alternatively, isn't there a way for you to supply me with a working save file? E.g. with some sort of a tool? Most importantly, I care about letting Omid and his gf survive, I generally made good and calm decisions.

My apologies, unfortunately there are no tools, or save files that I can provide you. I would have to recommend that you play through Episodes 4 and 5 again. My sincerest apologies that I could not assist you with your issue.
