I think snow did something crazy, or the crooked man did something to her because after the part where she looks confused it shows Bigby charging at him, we'll see but something will happen...
I think the audio is from a different clip from the video, it looks like Bigby says "tell me what you did" to the crooked man in his office but the clip of Snow appears to be near the witching well.
Those lines are from the scene that's shown after, with the Crooked Man shooting at Bigby.
"TELL ME WHAT YOU DID!" - Bigby
Then the crooked man says "Not this way!" and fires at him.

Anyway, It's obvious Bigby wasn't talking to Snow there.
Bigby was actually talking to The Crooked Man, I had to take a double take once I first saw the trailer.
Otherwise the fact he was talking to the crooked man, I'm not sure why bigby looked angry when he came in to find snow near the witching well. maybe she was looking for lily's body
