Episode 4 Random Crashes
Episode 4 seems to go to the white screen quite often at random times. During the replay, during the first few minutes of the episode. Other episodes were fine except for the 1st episode opening. Running in windowed mode helps but it really kills the mood of the game. It would be nice to actually play the game as it should be. Are there any other fixes that I can try?

I apologize for the delayed response. I noticed you have a Gigabyte technology computer. There are known issues with some Gigabyte motherboards that prevented multiple games from running. You may need to update your BIOS which you can do at Gigabyte's website.
It's also possible this is an audio issue. Please try unplugging all speakers and mics. Then make sure you have headphones plugged into the audio jack on your computer.
Lastly, you may need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8328
