Season 1- Episodes 2-5 are labeled 'Coming Soon', but have already released
Hello, I purchased the Walking Dead season 1 for Mac, and everything worked fine up until the end of episode 1. I finished Episode 1 and tried to begin playing episode 2, however Episodes 2-5 were labeled as 'Coming Soon'. I purchased the game on July 3, 2014, long after all episodes of season 1 had released. I purchased season 1, along with the 400 days add-on, directly from the telltale website. Why am I not able to access these episodes, even though my download was clearly meant to include all of this content? Not sure if its relevant to this issue, but the game never seemed to save my final ending to episode 1, and when I 'play' episode 1 I am placed at the beginning of the final scene of episode 1, and must play it over again, despite having already seen the credits on a previous playthrough.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The download from our website is the installer which includes Episode 1. All of the other episodes are available to download from inside the game. If you are seeing the Episodes as 'Coming Soon', please try deleting your SyncFs folder from your
~Library/Application Support/Telltale Games/The Walking Dead/ file directory,
and then restart the game, and you should receive any of the necessary updates to make Episodes 2-5 available to download.
(Your Library folder is sometimes hidden, to make it visible, please open a Finder window, and at the top of the screen, click Go and hold down the Option key. The Library will now become available in the drop down menu. Click that and follow the above file path, and delete the SyncFs folder)
