I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are playing the Trial Version or the Full Game version of The Walking Dead: Season Two? Have you purchased the Season Pass (Episodes 2-5) but not Episode 1? Without purchasing Episode 1, you will not be able to save the game.

  • I'm having the same problem, I have the full game and Season Pass and my save files aren't loading, i moved my 'Saved Data' from my storage onto another xbox and i'm still having the same problem, I also went to re-play season 2 and import my season 1 files and it's not recognising my season 1 saved files either.
I've cleared the Cache and installed the title update and it's still the same.

I am also having this problem. When I load in Season Two, I am asked to Unlock Episode 1. If I click on that, just for kicks, it tells me to log into XBox Live (which I have already done). I can even see all off my achievements from past episodes.

  • Experiencing literally the exact same issues as outlined above. Please patch ASAP.

My apologies, can you please clarify if you have started the game while connected to the internet recently to ensure you have downloaded the latest Title Update? If not, please make sure you have downloaded the latest Title Update. If you have, please also try starting the game, then when at the main menu, try logging out of your Xbox Live account, and then back in, and make sure to select the correct storage device where your save files are, and see if this allows you to see your saves properly.

  • I tried all above steps and my save games are still not showing up in the game, yet they are there on my hard drive.
I also cleared my cache then re-downloaded the title update

Can you please clarify if your game saves are located on the internal storage device, or an external storage device, either hard drive or flash drive?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you can successfully play the game if you back up your save games and remove them from your storage device, then start the game again without any save files?

Also, can you please clarify if you are experiencing this issue after downloading Episode 4, and you are not able to see your saves from Episodes 1-3 of Season Two, or you are unable to import your saves from Season One?
