season pass issues

I bought the season pass for season 1 and after i hit get it sats downloading. But almost immediatly or sometimes after 10-15% it say lost connection and to check my internet. Ive been on my wifi plus 2 other places with wifi plus on 4g all with the same results. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same thing happens. Im on a samsung note 3 and am not having any internet problems with anything else.

  • I'm having the same issue on the note 2. Even tried wiping the device but to no avail. Might be a server issue?

  • same thing for me on my rca tablet. Downloaded demo, then i paid for season pass, says to check my internet connection. I tried 3 different internet sources, restarted my tab numerous times to no avail. Another thread said there were server issues on July 5th whicvh caused this but I'm still getting the same errors. What do I do now?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Over last weekend we experienced a high amount of connections to our servers due to the release of Episode 5 of The Wolf Among Us. We have since resolved this issue, and you should now be able to successfully download the episodes.
