Unable to download - ' coming soon'

I have bought season 2 episode 1 plus the pack ' episode 2-5'. Am able to play episode one but episode 2 says 'coming soon'.
I have restarted the ipad/shut all apps/switched ipad off more than 3 mins/ switched wifi off then on again. Everything that has been suggested in multiple post previously. I bought this pack in the game itself- so no issue about buying it in wrong platform. Could u please advise ASAP how to solve this or if u have no other suggestion, pls tell me how i go about getting a refund! Thanks.

    If you have purchased the Multi-Pack for Season Two, and you are seeing 'Coming Soon' next to Episodes 2 and 3, you should be able to go to the Episodes Menu, and tap 'Restore Purchases' and your in-app purchases will be restored, and allow you to download Episodes 2 and 3.

    Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to download the later episodes successfully.
