Season Pass 2 Trouble

I Bought the Season Pass for Season 2 tonight and for some reason they are still locked and it says i must pay $4.99 for the episodes. Why is this happening? I says that i am not supposed to download them via the Xbox Live marketplace so whenever i start to play the actual game they are locked on there too. My Gamer tag is Colonel Creepy and i would either like help in fixing this problem, or I would like a refund.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. If you have purchased the Season Pass for Season Two, that includes Episodes 2-5. You will need to purchase Episode 1 separately for $4.99 in order to unlock the full game.
