I can't play all the episodes anymore.

Hi I'm new here and was referred here by my Kindle Fire HDX mayday support.

Here's my issue:

I bought the season 1 pass for the walking dead, played it, enjoyed it, and loved it. But to download another App I removed it from my device, and recently I found out that season 2 was on the Kindle app store. So trying to get my old choices to affect my new game on S2, I downloaded S1 again. Well after it was finished, I didn't have my memory anymore.(which I expected) But my main problem is it wouldn't let me re download my episodes with my season pass. So I hit mayday and the representative and I try fixing this for about 30 minutes. I tried purchasing the season pass again and it says you already own this item. So I try going to the episode again and it still has "GET" next.to it.

The representative said that he read from this website somewhere that there was a restore button on the game? Yeeeeea I couldn't find that. So after trying to purchase it a couple of times and repeating the same process about 2-3 times he told me to come here and see if you guys can help out...
