Who expected the killer

I honestly did not expect Georgie to be the killer I expected Holly to be the killer but i am glad not. First episode I thought it was Woody then episode 2 I thought it was Dee and Dum I never suspected Crane cause he is weak. Then episode 4 I expected Mary or Holly. But that's a good thing TellTale wanted this.

  • At first I thought it was that strange red haired man (probably Boy Who Cried Wolf), but then in episode 2 I thought it was Crane. At the end of episode 3, Bloody Mary said it was not Crane and I thought it was the Crooked Man. Then I found out it was Georgie in episode 5. Probably what TellTale wanted me to suspect.

  • I expected it to be Georgie from the start, even before he was named & the option was just "her pimp", and after the first scene in The Puddin' and Pie I was fairly certain he'd done it because of someone else's orders.

  • I didn't expect him until I was given the option to single him out. If they had listed Vivian or Gren, I probably would've ignored his name.

  • yeah that theory was cool. and also I wanted a serial killer

  • Yeah i didnt expect it. I just thought of him as a pimp with an attitude. xD

What i dont quite get is why he died from getting his gut open up when the Woodsman didnt die from getting his own axe shoved into his skull. Considering both weapons where enchanted by magic, no?. Bit confused on that part, unless ofc the Woodsman axe isnt magical anymore?.

  • Fables' sturdiness depend on how well known they are. While the Woodsman is pretty popular and widely known amongst the Mundies (us), not too many people know the original story of Georgie Porgie (I sure didn't).

  • I kinda knew it was him or he had a big part in it. A small piece of me didn't want to believe it, though.....

  • Holly? What made you think Holly could have done it? Especially since her own sister was one of the victims.

  • I thought that Georgie was the.killer or he was HIGHLY involved since they were his girls....

  • I was really surprised Georgie was the killer. Didn't see that coming at all

For quite some time I thought the killer was Vivian (thought she was some sort of glamoured creature/that "thing" above Greenleaf's room) but that theory went away the very moment I saw Georgie pull out a Huff-n-Puff (cigarette) in the beginning of episode 5 (pack in the machine in the Pudding-n-Pie in episode 2, Huff-n-Puff in Crane's room in episode 3).

  • I like how the Crooked Man just casually told Bigby that Georgie killed them. Very noir-ish, I think.

  • I didn't, I taught it was the Boy who cried wolf aka cryer.

The revelation kinda blowned my mind, I didn't expect it at all.

  • I am a little disappointed that the "John" did it all along (it's kind of similar to the butler did it). I excluded him because it was her John, but in the end, it turns out TWAU is a very straightforward story of corruption and murder. TaleTell just had to throw in an Inception ending to get us talking tho. XD

  • i don't remember which episode it was in but, when they asked you who your main suspect is in one of the earlier episodes i chose the pimp. Though it was a total guess XD

  • "Georgie Porgie, Puddin' and Pie,
Kissed the girls and made them cry,
When the boys came out to play
    Georgie Porgie ran away."

    English nursery rhyme.
