Confusion and Frustration
EPISODE 5 is slated to be released today right? Because I live in North America and when I go to the 369 Marketplace you cannot find the episode, however when you go in game theres an option to purchase it but when you select it theres a Red Symbol next to the Download nam3 qnd no option to purchase just Overview, the name pf the download and cancel.

The episode is currently out on PC/Mac, and also comes out for PS3 today. It releases on Xbox 360 tomorrow, Wednesday July 9 - you'll be able to download it then!
