I think she is alive. maybe they are.
If a girl who met bigby in ep1 was Nerissa ,that means Faith was already dead before ep1 start or at least the point bigby found the head. then that means the head was actually Faith after all.
But at the confused ending, realization part, Snow said Dr.Swineheart have to run more tests. Also we coudln't see Faith's body.so faith's head was not the real Faith's head.
So I think Faith is alive. This is my theory.
Anyway, that doesnt mean Nerissa is dead. Maybe both of them are alive. We don't know whose head that actually was.
