Is it possible to lose the trial?

I've done every possible damage I could inflict on fables, stole money, slapped/punched/amputated them whenever I had a chance, threatened their children, turned their placed upside down through season 1~5, expecting to lose the final confrontation of words. I ended up having all fables siding with me, even before Narrisha showed up. What gives? Are they masochists?

    Nerissia pretty much won the trial for you lol

    unless you could stop her from showing up and giving damming evidence against the crooked man than no there is no way you could lose

    I have a save like that, they all are really ganging up on you if you do that, only Lawrence and Holly stepped up for me as I recall. If you would loose the support then it would contradict the comic so there was no chance TTG could do that but they made it really well when people started to question Snow and suggesting that Crane handled things better.
