Why almost any TT dialogue become a confrontation?

I miss some more peaceful and "normal" conversations...
If you played TWD, I keep in mind the ones with Katjaa or Chuck...

Why's everyone hostile or having conflictual behaviour in the new TT course?

    Wel, mainly because the city was being attacked by a serial killer while everyone was pissed at the fact that the wealthy and powerful fables had never really given a shit about them.

    Also, the fact that we're the Big Bad Wolf makes the others doubt us, fear us and even hate us.
