White Screen

I've tried looking up solutions to this problem like playing in windowed mode which did not help. Every time I play a white screen eventually occurs. The post that suggested windowed mode also stated that if the windowed mode didn't work to use the pc support tool so here's that file. https://www.sendspace.com/file/4mgklj

    I apologize for the inconvenience. After looking over your support tool information, it seems that your computer's graphics card is running below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory, your graphics card is currently running at 64mb of dedicated memory. I recommend updating the drivers of your graphics card to the latest version, and see if you are then able to play. Unfortunately if you are still unable to run the game, I recommend either playing on a system above the minimum requirements, or requesting a refund. If you purchased the game from Telltale Games, please contact/email our Support Staff at Support@Telltalegames.com, and they will be able to assist you further regarding that request. Please make sure to include the email address associated with your Telltale account, and the Order ID number that you received at the time of purchase, in the support email.
