shows epidode 5 isn't purchased

in The Wolf Among Us - iOS Support

when i try to download episode 5, the screen shows it needs to be purchased.

when I click purchase or restore purchases, it changes screens and shows the arrow circle only.

Please help!

    after trying purchase and restore purchases many times, I turned the iPad off and turned it back on again.

    I was then able to download episode 5.
