How *** was even able to kill Lily?
Got a real interesting question here, not sure if anyone have raised it earlier... The thing is - how the hell Georgie was even able to kill Lily in the motel room the same day Crane had a "massage" with her?! I mean, just think about it for a while. We've seen Crane's wine (which evidently could belong only to him) but also Georgie's Huff&Puff there on the table. So they both were there.
Let's assume Crane came to the room where Lily had already been waiting for him with all the music and other stuff, did his "massage" thing with her, took the photo which we would later find in the envelope (or perhaps that photo, along with all the rest in that envelope, had been taken much earlier and actually was stolen by Faith and taken from her by Lily before all that stuff in motel; maybe it just fell out of her dress, not Crane's? - that's my question #2 actually). Let's assume he did so. Then what? When did Georgie arrive to kill Lily? I mean, it's obviously that after having sex they both (Crane and Lily) should have gone home, shouldn't they? And Georgie just simply wouldn't have time to stay with Lily one on one in the room to kill her without Crane seeing this.
Some presume that Georgie might have been glamoured into Crane and real Crane have never even been there. But what the hell that Crane's bottle of wine did there in that case? And why even Georgie need to do all this shit? Besides that this is all very complicated it's also completely pointless. Why the hell did he need to frame Crane in murdering Lily. They are working together for TCM, aren't they?
I'm completely lost in all this stuff. I hope you guys will help me to figure it out))
ps: oh, and one more thing. i don't know, maybe i missed that or else, but why did TCM want to take Crane with him? thats my question #3

Crooky took Crane with him for protection. He feared Bigby/Snow would lock him up or afford him another punishment; Crooks won't allow his allies/paying customers/debtors to be put in a position that isn't under his control.
I myself am rather last in the killing of Lilly in the hotel room - we know that Faith was dead before TWAU started and the whole Nerissa glamour and head placement thing. We also know that Crane/Lilly have been at it with the Snow thing for awhile. Perhaps it was after an appointment, Georgie wouldn't bother glamouring himself as Crane to fuck Lilly, and Crane was looking for answers himself when he came back with the Ring of Dispel.
Crane went sooner for his "massage" just to make sure it was not HIS hooker that got killed (because when Bigby told him about Faith, they didnt even know her name).
All this just doesnt fall in place - who took Lilys head and put it in front of Woodlands? Why doesnt the person placed it on the stairs choosing to left it in front of the gate?
Nerissa said that she couldnt find Lily because she wasnt on her schedual appointment. And the room where she was killed was locked thight. Georgie disposed body, but only the bottom part, what about that head?
I think that:
Crane went earlier to find Lily. She wasnt there, so he came back. She's been waiting for him in the room, preparing herself for him to come (because she doesnt know that Faith is dead, and she doesnt know that Crane was looking for her, her schedual was pretty busy). As she was prepairing (still in Snows regular clothes, and with the tape off), Gerogie came and killed her, after a short talk (like casual talk).
But it still doesnt explain the head.
