Now I've finished wolf among us on ios if I delete the game and then you bring a second series out will my choices still be carried forward to the next series

yes probably that what they did with walking dead so that what they could do for Wolf Among Us.
Just conscious of the app taking up space on my ipad but worried that if I do delete the app all my progress will be lost as I don't think there is icloud support
Yeah, it'd be best if you keep your game installed for now. Delete some pictures or some other apps you don't regularly use if you're worried about space usage.
