Episode 5 test screen issue (warning spoilers present)

After completing Episode 5, I was thrust back to the beginning of the episode with a bunch of blank text choices. The game forced me to play through parts of the episode again, jumping forward in an abridged version of the story with many of the characters removed or just floating heads. The controls are different in each scene (example: using the red targeting circle/dot method of control vs. the investigative controls.) Then after passing through most of the storyline it locks up during the scene at the pudding and pie. I can see Georgie and Vivian through the non existent walls but cannot progress due to there being no red dot to use the red circle on.

Has this happened to others?
