I apologize for the inconvenience. Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully download Episodes 2-5.
Hi, thanks for the reply, but I read other post and I´ve seen this as a solution but I already tried that, any other solution for this case!!!!
Can you please clarify if you have tried pressing the 'Restore Purchases' button in the Episodes Menu from inside the game application?
I am having the same issue. Telling me I need to connect to the internet, even though. I am, writing this from my iPad. I've done the reset, and all other methods suggested by telltale and others. I got as close as deleting the app and reinstalling it, which seemed to work but would only let me download one episode. But have lost my route progression! I have restored purchases, which I have been charged for both the multipack and the individual episodes.
I'm at my wits end. Is there an update coming out to fix the issue or something in the pipeline?
I apologize for any difficulties this has caused. We are currently looking further into the issue, and hope to have a resolution in the near future.
Hey Mike!
I've been having the same issue since last night as well. I have tried the following:
And I am still being asked to connect to the internet. I had no problem downloading episodes 1-3, but now on episode 4, it is not seeing my network connection.
Should I wait to hear from you on this thread before I try again?
Thanks,
Robert
Hey slord182, try again, it seems to be working now. Let me know if you are having success as well.
