unable to download episodes 3, 4, 5

I just purchased the season pass for twau on pc and after playing through the first two episodes, I'm unable to download the rest of the season due to "network unavailable, please connect your pc to the internet". I'm connected to the internet and browsing through the web but still receive that message. How can I fix this?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. We believe the issue is now resolved for most people. Please try restarting the game now while connected to the internet, and you should be able to download Episodes 3, 4, and 5.
