Need the product I purchased

I bought both seasons of your Sam and Max, but the Season 1 I downloaded somehow got deleted from my computer. I have had to sign up for a new account because your system did not recognize my e-mail address (WHICH HAS NOT CHANGED!). I also entered both of the two passwords I normally use and they were not recognized. I want to redownload Season 1, since I have paid for it and my husband would like to play it. Please resolve this situation as soon as possible. This recession sucks and we need to get some enjoyment out of our weekends!

    Hi Kara,

    If you send me a private message with the email address you originally used to register, as well as the first and last name on the order, I can look it up and reset the password for you. To send a PM, just click my name to the left of this post, and select Send a Private Message from the menu that pops up.

    Alternatively, you should be able to get a password reminder for the old account here.
