Episode 4 Problem

I bought the season pass for TWD season 2. Episode 4 came out today and it still says Coming Soon. I tried the turn it off for 3 minutes technique but it didnt work. I went to the apple support center and told me a technique that also didnt work. Then they told me it had been delayed. Ive tried to press restore purchase already.

Has it been delayed? If not, is there anything else I can try?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Episode 4 should be available now for iOS devices. If you haven't already tried yet, please open the game application, and open the Episodes Menu, then tap the Restore button at the bottom, and your previous purchase will be restored, and Episode 4 should then become available. Please make sure that you have reconnected to your WiFi network before starting the game application.

    My apologies, please also try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if that network has a better connection with our servers, then restart the game application, and see if the episode is unlocked.

    Yes, deleting the app and re-downloading it may resolve your issue. Please note that your game saves are stored internally within the game application, and deleting the app will delete your game saves along with it.

    Unfortunately other than hitting the Restore button, closing the game application and restarting your device, and trying to connect to a different WiFi network are the only options other than deleting and re-downloading the game application from your device.

    Can you please clarify if the game application is updated to the latest version? (Version 1.2 is the latest version)

    Can you please clarify if you made sure to close all of the apps running in the background before turning your iOS device off for at least 3-5 minutes to clear it's cache? I will post the workaround steps below:

    Please close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.

    Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to successfully download the episode.

    My only other recommendation would be to try all of my suggested steps again a few times, and you should be able to download the episode. Can you please clarify which iOS device you are using, and what iOS version it is currently on?

    Thank you for providing the extra information. Unfortunately I am out of potential solutions to resolve the issue, other than deleting and re-downloading the application from the App Store. Unfortunately this method will erase your save data, but may allow you to download the latest episode.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try closing any game applications running in the background, and turn you device off for at least 5-10 minutes. Then turn it back on, and reset your WiFi settings by turning it Off, and back On again. Then start the game application again, and try downloading Episode 4 again.
