Teaser video - music
Just watched the teaser video for W&G.
It looks very good indeed, but one thing bugs me: the music. I might be alone in thinking this, but it's totally wrong. It's scored like a US cartoon, almost like Animaniacs or something, where the music has a very quirky relationship to on screen action.
If there was music in the W&G short films at all, it was usually less orchestral and had more of a "middle England" feeling with brass. This sounds like a Hollywood movie score.
Looks like it's going to be great in any case, but I wonder how it'll SOUND.
