TWDS02 - Game crashes every time I try to complete the sequence where we meet Arvo?
Every time I try to play through the part where Clementine meets Arvo, no matter what I choose to make Clementine say, or no matter how I try to play the sequence differently, it crashes when Arvo starts to speak. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that's done nothing to help. I could try playing from the beginning of episode 4, seeing as this sequence is only 20ish minutes into the 4th episode, but I'd prefer not to for obvious reasons.

Can anyone help? A handful of people have seen this post and haven't said anything... Where are the tech support guys who are supposed to help with these?

I got some basic general pointers. First, try to update DirectX. Second, try to update your computer drivers. Third, try to update Windows. Fourth, try to play in a compatibility mode.
By the way, you can choose to do this in any order.
@flicky33 My apologies for the delayed response. After looking over your support tool information, it seems that your computer's graphics card does not meet the minimum system requirements to run the game. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory, your computer's graphics card is currently running at 64mb of dedicated memory. I recommend updating your graphics card's drivers to the latest version, and then restart the game and see if your issue is resolved. Unfortunately if that does not work, I would recommend either try changing the game's resolution and graphics settings to a lower setting from the Options Menu in the game, or try playing on a computer above the minimum system requirements if you have the option.
