    It would be really hard to decide what comic Bigby would do in most of these situations But comic Bigby is a lot more violent so you can just expect he would tend to do more of the violent choices.

    I think Bigby Wolf would kill Dum and Jersey Devil. Also, he would beat the crap out of Woody, the crooked man and almost everyone who oppose him but he wouldn't kill them.

    Well, comic Bigby would probably go after the killer because comic Bigby would have better detective skills than his game counterpart.
