Game opens for a few seconds then crashes on iPad Mini

I have reset my iPad. I have deleted the app and re downloaded. I have closed every single app except TWD and it still crashes.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify what iOS version your iPad is currently running, and if your game application is updated to the latest version? I recommend deleting the game application one more time, then re-downloading it. Then before starting the app after it finished downloading, try turning off your device for 5-10 minutes. Then turn it back on, and start the game application and see if you are then able to play successfully.

    Fixed it using the above but this is now the FOURTH time my entire game has been wiped. How do I get my progress back? This is really unacceptable.

    Can you please clarify what iOS version you are currently updated to on your iPad Mini? Also, have you made sure to close all apps running in the background that may be taking from the devices processing power to run the game successfully.

    I sincerely apologize, unfortunately any saved data from inside the game application was deleted along with the app if you ever deleted it. You will have to start a new game after re-downloading the game application.

    So I lose my progress because YOU told me to delete the game. Great job.
    And if I want this on Xbox One I have to buy it again? I think I deserve some compensation or something.

    My apologies, unfortunately deleting and re-downloading the game application is one of the ways to resolve the issue of the game application crashing. In your original message, you stated that you already tried deleting and re-downloading the game application. This particular issue can happen if the download that you received is incomplete or corrupted, and in some cases, deleting and re-downloading the entire game application is needed to resolve the issue.
