Restore Purchases Not Working

I have tried to restore my purchases for TWD Season 1 + 400 days however it's not working and I know many others are having the same issue. I read where going back through the buying process would work and they wouldn't charge again for the purchases since the episodes had already been purchased before but didn't restore. This didn't work for me. I tried re-purchasing one episode only to see if it would tell me that I had already purchased it. No such luck. I have been charged again $5 for the episode that I have previously purchased but won't restore.

They need to fix this issue before they lose a customer. I love Telltale's games but the lack of tech support, multiple charges for previously purchased episodes and unfixed issues are enough to make me delete the apps altogether and tell my friends who also play TellTale's games to stop and worry no further with it.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that you must follow the purchase path for the same item that you purchased originally. (If you purchased the Multi-Pack, you will need to follow the purchase path for the Multi-Pack. If you purchased the episodes individually, you will need to go through the process for each individual episode.) If you were charged a second time for the same item that you originally purchased, please contact Apple Support for any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests.

    My apologies, please follow the purchase path to purchase the exact same item that you originally purchased, and when it asks you to purchase it, you should be able to press the 'Buy' button, and as long as you are logged into the same account that you purchased it with originally, it will alert you that you have already purchased this item, and allow you to download it again for free.

    Unfortunately if this process does not work, or you are charged a second time for an item you have already purchased once, please contact Apple Support for further assistance with this particular issue.
