Lost everything.
I had just reset my ipod and then backed it up, TWAU appeared, i let it load and after a while of waiting, i checked on my ipod and TWAU was gone. I reinstalled it and lost everything. I hit restore button and on multipack it said owned instead of buy

Can you please clarify if you purchased The Wolf Among Us Multi-Pack from inside the game application? If so, and you hit the Restore button, the Multi-Pack option will say owned, and you will be able to download each individual episode by tapping 'Get' next to each episode.
I bought the multi pack. I alrdy hit the restore button already but it still says coming soon for all of them.
I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the only known workaround to resolve the issue is to close the game and all other applications running in the background. This should free up necessary system resources. (To close an app running in the background on iOS 6 and before: double tap the home button to make all running apps appear at the bottom of the screen, hold down on an app you wish to close and red buttons will appear, tap the red buttons to close the apps. If on iOS 7, double tap the home button and swipe up on the open apps to close them) Also, please turn off your iOS device for at least three minutes before attempting to play the game again. This will allow the device’s cache to clear.
Then after restarting your device, please reset the WiFi by turning the WiFi Settings Off, and back On again. Then try starting the game application again, and see if you are able to download the episodes successfully.
You may also want to try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if your connection is better that way. Unfortunately if none of my above suggestions were able to resolve your issue, please contact Apple Support for further assistance regarding your issue, as it may be an issue with your Apple account not registering the product as purchased.
