    I apologize for the inconvenience. After looking over your support tool information, it seems that your computer is running below the minimum system requirements to run the game successfully. Where we require a minimum of 512mb of dedicated memory from a graphics card, your computer's graphics card is currently running at 384mb of dedicated memory. While you may be able to play the game, the more graphically intensive moments may cause the game to crash. I recommend rewinding the episode, and choose a different path in Episode 3 than Crane's apartment, and see if you are then able to continue the story.
