Clem shelf death

I'm on an iPad mini and am I stuck when clem has to escape behind a shelf- I've looked and seen other players are "trapped" and tried the suggestion posted but still end up dead -any ideas please thanks

    Please make sure that when Clementine is behind the shelf, that you wait for the arrow prompt to pop up on the screen, before you tap and drag and hold your finger on the screen, otherwise the tapping command will not register. I recommend trying again, and wait an extra second before tapping, dragging, and holding your finger on the screen.

    Thanks mike persisted and conquered that now stuck with clem following a group through zombies to the woods the screen asks to keep up by dragging the screen but every time I end up being munched to death. Anything you could suggest

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I believe this Quick-Time Event is similar to the shelf event. Please make sure that you are tapping and dragging up, and holding your finger down on the screen, and you should be able to complete the event. Please note that the farther you tap and drag your finger up on the device, the faster Clementine will move.
