Black screen when loading the season 2

I played through season 2 episode 1. Downloaded and installed episode 2-3. Started playing episode 2. I shut down my xbox at some point (not during a save point). I came back the next day and I couldn't play anymore because when I loaded the game there was a black screen that never went away (before I could press start to select the content).
I deleted everything then I had to reinstall and replay episode 1. Downloaded episode 2-4. Shut down my xbox before started episode 2. I tried to play tonight and the same problem happened with the black screen.

can someone help?

    I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The black screen issue that was related to our servers was resolved last week. Please restart your console, and start the game while connected to the internet, and the black screen issue you were seeing should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing black screen issues with our game, as well as other games, please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance.
