Vita Season 1 savefile to PS3 Season 2

Hi there, I purchased Season 1 of the Walking Dead for the PS VIta, completed it and would now like to play Season 2 on my PS3. If I transfer my Vita save file over to the PS3 and bought Season 2 for the PS3, would the PS3 allow me to transfer my Season 1 save file over into Season 2?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately save files between separate platforms are incompatible with each other. If you wish to import Season One choices over to Season Two on your PS3, you will need to play through Season One on your PS3.
