I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    2) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    3) Reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On then reconnect with the network.

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch The Walking Dead again.

    5) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)

I have the same problem on my Samsung galaxy Tab 10.1n . The game is not responding or reacts very bad, when I touch the screen. I loved season one, but season two ist just unplayable for me. Unfortunately I bought the season-Pass already. I read about this problem a couple of times, so it's not just the problem of any device. I reinstalled the game twice, but it didn't help.
    My Android version is 4.0.4.
    Do you have any ideas?
    Thanks

My apologies, unfortunately your devices GPU (ULP GeForce) is not an officially supported GPU to run The Walking Dead: Season Two. I recommend either try playing on a device above the minimum system requirements, or contacting Google Play Support for further assistance, or any inquiries regarding refunds, or refund requests. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience this causes you.
