How would you feel if Telltale never again released anything TWAU/Fables related?
How would you feel if Telltale never again released anything TWAU/Fables related?
No DLC, no TWAU season2, no other product based on any of Fable's story arcs, etc.
I've been reading the Fables comics for some time now. I'm at volume 42 and I'm loving it just as much as I loved TWAU. I would be very displeased if Telltale never got back at us with some DLC better explained the events that occurred in s1 or introducing a continuation or new story. It's a really rich universe deserving of being explored yet a lot more.

I'd be ticked off because I really loved season 1 and I want a season 2 so bad and i never even read the comics yet.
EDIT: does anyone know what issue the comics are up to?
Picture this, Bufkin flying along above our heads and you know he is drunk most of the time so all of the sudden he takes a random shit and it lands on me.
That is how i would feel if Telltale was done with TWAU.
sad
hungry
annoyed
mean
u wot m8
lol i see what u did there
Okay. More TWD for me
Pretty upset. I understand if they don't make a full season, but I would love for them to at least make a DLC.
I would be thrashing around in my padded room if this was the case, the pills the orderlies give won't stop me from expressing my excitement for TWAU and Fables.
TWD is not Telltale's only game. They should put equal attention to all their games, and tbh, there is more demand for a sequel to Wolf than for more Walking Dead considering how disappointing The Walking Dead s2 has been.
Mostly agree with what you said, but I don't think TWD Season 2 has been disappointing. That being said I'd rather have TWAU Season 2 instead of TWD Season 3.
I don't think it has been disappointing either. I have actually really enjoyed this season, though not as much as the first or Wolf. But overall, there is not as much demand for more WD as there was when s1 was over.
Upset and disappointed. I mean, I would understand if we won't get to play as Bigby anymore, but not to tackle anything regarding the Fables universe for at least one more time would scream wasted potential. Is confirmed The Walking Dead will receive at least three seasons, and I think there is no doubt in anyone's mind what franchise has more possibilities for storytelling and new unique things to tackle.
I don't want to sound like a spoiled brat who acts as if he is entitled to anything, no, but I also don't think I'm being unreasonable.
Ok in the case I fully agree with you lol. I have loved the wolf among us more than the walking dead season 2. Heck I might go as far as to say I like it more than TWD Season 1.
You mean how many issues have been released, right? As of now, 142 issues have been released alongside 19 volumes(The series will end on issue 150)
Okay thanks, just wondering because I am about to start reading them and wanted to know how far I have to catch up.
It would be a damn shame if Telltale doesn't make another season or even a DLC of the Fables universe. I thought that they have some interesting ideas such as illegal glamours and the fact that glamours could be used to impersonate other Fables, I have never seen that in the comics (Alright maybe except a few cases in the comics, but never with a glamour.)
At this point, even a DLC would suffice. I just want more Wolf
"Pretty fucking pissed"
I would be a little upset if that was the case. At least ONE more season would be nice to hear about. I honestly think this will open doors to those that wish to know more about Fables. I for one had no idea this world existed and after playing the game and beginning the comics, I personally would love another season. Give it time.
I'm sure more fans will be created in time. TWD got a third season; why not give the Wolf another as well?
You speak the truth, Georgie.
I'm gonna kill some mothafuckas!
im sure they will, it wouldn't make sense not to, I think these game like TWAU and TWD can go many many seasons, as long as quality doenst drop and I hope it will. Its unbelievably addictive. high hopes for Tales From Boarder Lands and Games Of Thrones
I'd be all:
But mostly sad. I've got attached to the characters and the Fable world in general and wouldn't mind staying in it a little longer. I think it'd be a waste not to expand on it; they've got a lot of the comic to take inspiration from.
Telltale has a lot to answer for if they don't.
Feeling the feels.
I will NOT miss sarah she was just so fucking anoying
I woudlnt be sad because altough i think that TWAU was amazing i dont think it needs another season
And when you die, I will NOT miss your, because you were so fucking annoying.
angry at Telltale for working on shit like Borderlands
instead of awesome stuff like TWAU
What a shame
Not even a DLC? I think they at least should make a DLC, even if not a full season. There are a lot of unanswered questions that they could answer in one.
Borderlands is far from "shit." A lot of people are really excited about Tales. If anything, they should have postponed Walking Dead s3 for a couple of months and produced more Wolf first.
How would have history changed...
Although I thoroughly enjoy the entire season with all its highs and lows, there is a reason Faith feels the most "complete" for many people.
I happen to enjoy that shit.
I feel the same way.
Nice to know that everyone wants more. I hope Telltale takes it in consideration and start working on a season 2 and a dlc pronto to keep us interested.
I would like very much a dlc where Bigby goes after Nerissa and unfolds every bit of the events of s1, but something completely new introducing a new season like TWD 400 days was would be nice too.
Their other projects are very interesting too, but by now they must have grown as a company to keep developing different projects simultaneously without loss of quality, just gain from experience. Turns out episodic games is great for learning from fan feedback. Telltale has a lot to offer the gaming community. :-)
