Season Two, Episode Four Freezing (Xbox 360)

Hello, I'm sorry if the placement of this is in error, but I have The Walking Dead Season Two (season pass included) for Xbox 360 and I haven't been able to play episode four since it's release. Episodes 1,2,3 all work fine as well as every episode from Season one. For some reason when I try to start episode four, the screen fades to black, the loading icon shows up in the top right corner of the screen and then stops. Not only does the game freeze, but my whole Xbox freezes up. I have to manually shut the system down by unplugging it from it's power source. All of my other Xbox Live games works like a charm, but for whatever reason Episode four of the Walking Dead Season Two is the only game on my system that won't work. I've already contacted Xbox Live support and they took me through a series of troubleshooting, including but not limited to uninstalling/reinstalling the game, redownloading all episodes, clearing the cache on the Xbox system, redownloading my gamertag (which is CM Prime) and nothing has helpped. Xbox Live support pointed me to this site and have ask me to request help from Telltale since they ran out of options. So please, someone help me fix this issue. Thanks.

    When the xbox freezes it's usually your xbox. I wish I could help but you've already did what I know. I bump this thread and hope for mike to reply or somebody who might have solutions.

    I had a very similar problem, try uninstalling episode 4 but NOT your save (obviously), reinstall it and it should work.

    I'm not sure why it would be my Xbox that's the problem. My Xbox doesn't freeze until the game freezes. All five episode (and 400 Days) of Walking Dead Season One work fine as well as episodes one, two, and three of season two work fine. All other Xbox Live games that I have work fine, its just episode four of Walking Dead season two. That's a software issue not hardware issue. But I do thank you for your input nevertheless

    Thanks big time, SGTPozy, for helping me with this software issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled episode 4 and it's working like a charm.
