Cannot Download Episode 5

I am having the No Connection issue. I'm connected to a very strong WiFi and I have done all the advised steps 8 times now. If it helps at all I'm using an iPhone 5 and everything is up to date on updates. I've read all the post and how you are supposedly suppose to fix it nothing is working.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately it sounds as if you have tried all of our potential solutions to resolve the issue already. My only other suggestion would be to turn your WiFi Off, then restart your device, and try turning your WiFi back On, and connect to a different WiFi network, and see if that different connection allows the application to connect with our servers successfully to allow you to download Episode 5. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
