Game still crashes at startup?

Okay, so I've been able to play before with no problems, but all of a sudden, it stopped working.

I've reinstalled it a few times, changed my resolution and loaded the game, but nothing has worked.
I don't know how to fix it, so if you know how to fix it, please tell me.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify what platform you are playing the game on? (PC/Mac/PS3/Xbox/iOS/Android?) Also, if you are on PC/Mac, can you please clarify if you are playing the Telltale Games version, or the Steam version?
