Trouble dowloading Season 2 Episode 2 on Kindle Fire

I have spent the last four hours trying to download this episode. It would start download and then tell me error. I'm stuck at 54 percent. Please help.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try closing any apps you have open in the background, and turn off your device for at least 5-10 minutes. Then turn it back on, and reconnect to your WiFi network, and see if you are then able to download the episode successfully. You can also try connecting to a different WiFi network, and see if it has a better connection to our servers to download the episode.
